AssessmentSys is a system developed for local council to perform their assessment activities. The system has many features to assist the officers in valuation department in local councils to perform their daily routines.

Eg. Location map and plans directly in the system.
- Auto arrange property files on specific structure
Eg. C:\\ valuation\ classification\ account number.
- Enable copying of many property simultaneously.
- Ability to manipulate specific information to obtain the content.
- Ability to present the tax charges by the size of the property.
- Ability to communicate with other database system using ODBC.
